This was a really cool trip down memory lane. I grew up watching the '80s Ninja Turtles, collecting the toys and reading the Archie comics, so to see that universe acknowledged and tied into the newer Turtle thing is pretty cool. Stick with it to the end, where even the old black and white Mirage Turtles make an appearance, complete with noir-style monologue. It's rare to see the past iterations of a franchise treated with such respect, let alone acknowledged at all (see Transformers, G.I. Joe, etc.)
